Damaged or Faulty ItemsPlease notify us immediately of any damages, and send a photo if possible to speed up a resolution.
Usually in the case of small items it won’t be necessary to return the item.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.
In most cases a replacement item will be sent. If this isn’t possible then a refund will be made.
We dont hold credit on account for future purchases
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The replacement will be the same as originally ordered.
